Privacy Notice

How we use your information.

Last updated: 12 October 2026

This notice explains what personal information Glendale Securities Limited (trading as Glensec) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. We keep it short because our use of your information is limited.

Who we are

Glendale Securities Limited is the data controller for the information described here. We are registered in England & Wales under company number 03816626, with our registered office at 129 Blackpond Lane, Farnham Common, Buckinghamshire, SL2 3EL, United Kingdom. You can contact us about this notice at gulzar@glensec.com.

What we collect

If you use the contact form on this website, or email us directly, we collect the information you choose to give us. Typically this is:

  • your name and email address;
  • your company name and telephone number, if you provide them;
  • the content of your message, which may include information about your business.

We do not ask for, and do not want, any special-category personal data (for example, information about health or political opinions). Please do not include it in your message.

Why we use it

We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to have a conversation about your business. Our lawful basis for this is our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, and in considering potential investments. If that conversation leads to a transaction, further information may be collected under separate agreements at that stage.

We do not use your information for marketing, and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.

Where it is held

Messages sent through the contact form are delivered to us by email and also stored by our website hosting provider, Netlify, which processes form submissions on our behalf. Our email is provided by Microsoft 365. Both providers hold data in accordance with their own security standards and privacy terms. Our hosting provider may also keep standard server logs, which can include your IP address, for security and operational purposes.

Who we share it with

Within Glensec, your enquiry is seen only by the people who need to respond to it. We may share information with our professional advisers (for example, lawyers or accountants) where that is necessary to progress a discussion you have asked us to have, and with regulators or authorities where the law requires it. Otherwise we do not share it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no more than twelve months after our last contact, unless a continuing relationship or a legal obligation means we need to keep them longer. Form submissions stored with our hosting provider are reviewed and deleted periodically.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or tracking tools. If that changes, we will update this notice before doing so.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we use it, and in some circumstances to have it transferred to you. To exercise any of these rights, email gulzar@glensec.com. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would welcome the chance to address any concern first.
